Top Food Delivery Apps on Android in Costa Rica, Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, several food delivery apps stood out on the Android platform in Costa Rica. Here's a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

PedidosYa - Delivery Online experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 9K in late October. However, the app saw a decline in weekly active users from 146.7K at mid-October to 113.8K by the end of December.

Gollo maintained stable downloads with a peak of 4.2K in late November. Its weekly active users remained relatively consistent, closing the quarter at around 136K.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery showed a gradual increase in downloads, reaching a high of 2.8K in late December. Active users varied throughout the quarter, ending with approximately 209.4K.

DiDi Food: Express Delivery had a steady download pattern, with a peak of 2.3K in late December. Active users decreased initially but rebounded to 83.7K by mid-December.

Auto Mercado showed a modest increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 1.1K in mid-December.
